Paid Members: My experience with Zapier AI Agents
Hi everyone,
In this video I’m walking you through how to set up an agent. We’re going to use Zapier to do this. You could also do this in Make or n8n as well.
Previously, I showcased an AI workflow out of Make. I like building AI workflows. After putting hours of time getting it to finally work at a high rate and at a high quality output, it feels really satisfying.
BUT!
AI workflows are brittle. You have to test them out with each step along the way. If something breaks midstream you have to go back to the part of the chain that’s broken. Unlink it. Patch it. Relink it up to the entire workflow.
BUT!
It is much easier than debugging APEX or debugging a dozen step Salesforce Flow.
AI Agents are not perfect. I spent the entire afternoon trying to get my Zapier Agent to work. I also spent a few more hours to get my ChatGPT Playground Prompt + Zapier MCP to do my task. I’ll get to the task I was working on in a second.
