Today we’re going to build out a lead routing engine using Salesforce’s Flows capability. Rather than acquiring a lead tool we’re going to intentionally incur technical debt because we simply want to save a bit of money in the short term.

Now this doesn’t mean that we’ll never ditch the home brew. On the contrary, this is a perfect situation where you build a short term solution based on the finite budget you’re operating with.
