Lead Lifecycle Project in 90 days
Recently I completed an initiative to transform the marketing engine of a startup within 90 days. As I went through this journeyI documented my progress. For the purpose of the next few weeks I’ll scrub the dates and imagine as if you’re on the ride with me over the next few weeks doing so yourself. So let’s start out with a project document. Instead of walking you through one you can check out my previous article on how I normally go about doing so.
As you well know, I’m a huge fan of working backwards. Instead of working forwards from a starting point, I prefer to set out what the end state may look like. From there you can fill in the blanks on what needs to take place in order to affect change.
